Beamrove hesabını sil
Hesabını ve ilişkili verilerini kalıcı olarak silmek için iki yol var.
Uygulama içinden
Profil → Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil yolunu izle. Güvenlik için yeniden giriş yapman istenebilir. En hızlı ve güvenli yöntem budur.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
Talebi herhangi bir e-posta adresinden başlatabilirsin. Beamrove kullanıcı adını ve kullandığın giriş yöntemini belirt. Gönderen adresin hesap adresiyle aynı olması tek başına yeterli değildir. Farklı olması da talebi engellemez.
Silme işlemini yalnız hesap sahipliği doğrulandıktan sonra tamamlarız. Mevcut güvenli doğrulama yöntemi uygulamada aynı Apple, Google veya e-posta hesabıyla yeniden giriş yapıp Hesabı Sil işlemini tamamlamaktır. Destek e-postası yalnız talebi başlatır; tek başına hesap silmez.
Apple ile e-postanı gizleyerek giriş yaptıysan Beamrove hesabında Apple özel relay adresi bulunabilir. Gerçek e-postanı bilmemiz gerekmez. Aynı Apple hesabıyla yeniden giriş Firebase kullanıcı kimliğini doğrular. Apple relay artık e-posta iletmese bile uygulama içi Apple ile giriş çalışıyorsa hesap silinebilir. Parola, Apple veya Google şifresi, kart bilgisi ya da gereksiz kimlik belgesi gönderme.
Neler silinir?
- Profil, profil görselleri ve hesap tercihleri.
- Oluşturduğun Post, High Five, Meet, çizim, damga ve diğer kullanıcı içerikleri.
- Konum geçmişi ve hesapla ilişkilendirilen aktif hizmet verileri.
- Kullanılmamış tüketilebilir taş bakiyesi, bonuslar ve hesap içi dijital haklar.
Neler sınırlı süre kalabilir?
Güvenlik, sahtekârlık, satın alma veya iade, hukuki uyuşmazlık ve zorunlu mali kayıtlar yalnız gereken amaç ve süre boyunca saklanabilir. Teknik yedekler güvenli silme döngüsü tamamlanana kadar kalabilir. Apple ve Google kendi işlem kayıtlarını kendi politikalarına göre saklar.
Aboneliği ayrıca iptal et
Beamrove hesabını silmek App Store veya Google Play aboneliğini otomatik iptal etmez. Yeni ücret oluşmaması için aboneliği mağaza hesap ayarlarından ayrıca iptal et.
Delete your Beamrove account
Two paths permanently delete your account and associated data.
In the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. You may need to sign in again for security. This is the fastest and safest path.
If you cannot access the app
You may start the request from any email address. Include your Beamrove username and sign-in method. A matching sender address is not enough by itself. A different sender address does not block the request.
Deletion completes only after account ownership is verified. The current secure method is to sign in again in the app with the same Apple, Google, or email account and complete Delete Account. A support email only starts the request; it does not authorize deletion by itself.
If you used Hide My Email with Apple, Beamrove may hold an Apple private relay address. We do not need your real email. Signing in again with the same Apple account verifies the Firebase user ID. Even if relay forwarding no longer works, deletion remains possible when in-app Sign in with Apple works. Never send a password, Apple or Google password, card details, or unnecessary identity documents.
What is deleted?
- Profile, profile images, and account choices.
- Posts, High Fives, Meets, drawings, stamps, and other user content you created.
- Location history and active service data associated with the account.
- Unused consumable gem balance, bonuses, and account digital rights.
What may remain for a limited period?
Security, fraud, purchase or refund, legal-dispute, and mandatory financial records may remain only for their necessary purpose and period. Technical backups may remain through secure deletion cycles. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting a Beamrove account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in store account settings to prevent future charges.
